People first.

17 years of teaching and coaching. 500+ businesses coached. 60+ courses taught at our centres, in homes and inside companies. Vice President of BNI SKY, Mumbai South, organiser of the IBBN Business Expo, and Director of Giants Group of Caring Hearts.
Coaching for owners and the teams they lead
Every engagement starts with a conversation about where your business is and where you want it to be. Then we work on it, practically, until it shows in the numbers and in your people.

A teacher who became a coach
I started out teaching computers in Mumbai. The students grew into professionals, the professionals brought me into their companies, and the companies asked for help with more than software.
Today my work runs on three tracks. Through business coaching and consulting, I work with owners on clarity, systems and growth. Through corporate training, I build skills inside teams. And through HTech Computer Education, students and working people learn everything from MS Office and Tally to Python, AI and data science.
I’m an active part of Mumbai’s business community as Vice President of BNI SKY (Mumbai South) and an organiser of the IBBN Business Expo.
